Stellar Nomination Form

Stellar nominations recognize a now deceased swing dancer who over the years was highly revered and influential throughout their swing dancing lifetime. All Stellar induction recipients are determined by the CSDHOF Board of Directors. Stellar nominees must have lived in California for at least 5 years.
